Privacy policy

This page explains what happens to the details you send us through the request form on this website. The controller is Beyond Travel, Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina — info@beyondtravel.ba.

What we collect

Only what you type into the form: company, name, work email, country, phone (optional), and the details of your trip request. We do not use the form for newsletters.

Why and on what basis

To answer your request and prepare a proposal (steps prior to entering into a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and on the basis of your consent given in the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw consent at any time by email.

Where it goes

Your request is sent by email to our team in Sarajevo, and a copy is sent to you. If you choose WhatsApp or email to send it, the message goes through that service under its own terms. The website is hosted by Vercel Inc.

How long we keep it

As long as needed to handle your request and any resulting partnership, and as required by accounting law for contracts and invoices. Requests that do not lead to cooperation are deleted within 24 months.

Statistics

We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and clicks on contact buttons. It does not use cookies and does not identify you personally.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your data, and object to processing, by writing to info@beyondtravel.ba. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
